The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role oversees multi-channel campaigns across email, website, paid advertising, and marketing automation platforms while using performance data to continuously improve results.
The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including building and executing email campaigns, managing audience segmentation and data extensions, developing automated journeys, and optimizing performance through testing and reporting. Experience using tools such as Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder is highly preferred. The candidate should be comfortable leveraging CRM data to drive targeted, personalized communications and have the ability to troubleshoot campaign issues, maintain data accuracy, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness through analytics and optimization. This role is front-facing and requires frequent communication with our valued membership community. This requires a candidate that is well-spoken, articulate, and confident in engaging in detailed, professional conversations with members and partners. They must be able to communicate clearly and thoughtfully, ask the right questions, and represent the organization with a high level of professionalism, credibility, and polish in both written and verbal interactions.

- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage campaign planning and execution across multiple channels, including email, paid media, and website.
- Create and maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and deliverables to ensure consistent marketing output.
- Partner with our Development team to align marketing initiatives with lead generation and business development priorities. Prepare presentations, sales decks, and meeting materials for supplier conversations, reviews, and business planning sessions.
- Update and manage accurate and updated CRM and Marketing Cloud data.
- Manage and execute meeting preparation materials for the Development and Marketing departments.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or business-related degree.
- A minimum of five years of full-time experience in a sales-related, marketing or customer focused role.
- MBA preferred.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities with attention to detail.
- Strong relationship management, comfortable working directly with suppliers, members, and internal leadership to manage outreach, follow-ups, and regular check-ins.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly, professionally, and confidently in supplier interactions, marketing materials, and meeting preparation.
- Skills and experience with the Microsoft suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience in digital and social media, SEO, and paid search.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Salesforce/Marketing Cloud required.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
